Experienced team with broad expertise. Comsearch maintains an experienced team of telecom professionals with expertise across many facets of the telecom industry. We have strong relationships with industry leaders, including many regulatory bodies. Additionally, we have in-house engineers focused on microwave and RF design projects, as well as full time field engineers performing on-site deployments, testing, and audits on a regular basis. These various disciplines work closely together in real time to quickly address issues as they arise.

Served as PMO for C-band earth station migration for major space station operator.
Provided oversight and certification of a nationwide drive test to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Managed a large-scale multi-year nationwide deployment of an Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC) network in support of the 3.5 GHz CBRS band.
Managed clearing of AWS 2.1 GHz spectrum for multiple large-scale clients. This program involved spectrum sharing analyses, negotiations with incumbent microwave owners, and turnkey installations for relocation of 1000+ microwave links.
Performed LTE uplink characterization as part of the Clutter Classification program for the Defense Spectrum Relocation Management Team (DSRMT).
Performed RF site surveys at ground stations for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Next Gen Data Communications Program, an FAA-led modernization of the nation’s air traffic control system. Tasked with collection, analysis, and consolidation of drive test data for 40+ airports.
Acted as project manager for numerous microwave network deployments. Managed multiple teams of engineers and technicians responsible for both design and field engineering services.
