Our Policies

A full refund is available for cancellations that are made within 14 days of registration. After 14 days, participants may enroll in a later course or substitute another representative from their company. Failing to appear for a course on the proper day and time will result in a charge for the full course fee.

Inclement Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather whereby travel would become hazardous, Comsearch will make every attempt to notify participants at least 24-hours in advance of a course cancellation

Payment Terms

Payment must be received in advance of the first day of the course. Comsearch accepts major credit cards, company checks, and cash as forms of payment. If you choose to pay with a company check, please note that we must receive it one week in advance of the training class. Please make checks payable to Comsearch. Fees include tuition, course materials, course certificate, and refreshments.

Miscellaneous

For courses held at Comsearch headquarters in Ashburn, VA, please note that this is a non-smoking facility. Courses held at venues other than at Comsearch headquarters are generally non-smoking. Dress code for all courses is corporate casual.
