FCC Coordination Agent Per FCC Rule, Part 101 Licensees or their Designated Coordination Representative are entitled to receive a copy of proposed system changes in their area that may affect their licensed facility. Licensees/Coordination Agents bear the responsibility of reviewing these notices and notifying the new system coordinator of any problems.
