Why We Collect Customer Information It is our objective to collect only that information pertinent to conducting business with you. Please note that if you are a registered Comsearch.com product user and you delete your name from our customer list, you will no longer receive e-mail or other notices regarding technical support of your product, including notices of available upgrades and patches. Updating Or Correcting Your Information If your information changes or you become aware that there is an error in your information, you can either change your Comsearch.com account information or you can contact us. If you do not change your account information over the Internet, correction or updates of your information could take two to four weeks. If You Receive Unwanted Materials Occasionally, there may be instances where a customer's designation as "private" is inadvertently removed and the customer may receive e-mail or other marketing materials from Comsearch. If you think this may have happened to you, please let us know by contacting Customer Service and we will correct the problem. Please keep in mind that, if you have submitted a request to have your name marked private or removed from our customer list or you have requested that your information be updated or corrected, there could be a two to four week period during which you may receive information from us while we are updating or deleting your information. Use Of IP Addresses An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are connected to the Web. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. Comsearch.com collects IP addresses for the purpose of system administration, to report aggregate information to our advertisers, and to audit the use of our site.
