- Why should I create a comsearch.com Account?

To issue you a Login Name and an Account Password so your organization can utilize Comsearch Interactive Services including MAS Express and ULS Express. Complete the Account Information Form and you can have immediate access to these Interactive services.
- What methods of payment do you accept?

- Does Comsearch have Corporate Accounts so that multiple individuals can access Comsearch's Interactive Solutions using a single corporate credit card or be invoiced against a single Purchase Order?

Yes. After creating an account, you can add Sub Users to the account. Sub Users can perform Comsearch's Interactive Solutions using the same payment mechanism that is set up for the account. Sub Users can make purchases against the account but do not have permission rights to update account information or to view billing information. Only the original user that creates the account, can add or remove sub users from the account.
- What is the purpose of a Sub User?

A Sub User can be added to an account to allow additional employees to make purchases without creating multiple accounts for billing purposes. For Example, a group manager can create a comsearch.com account using a company issued or personal credit card and then add sub users so that they can make purchases using the same credit card or payment mechanism. Sub Users do not have permission rights to update account information or to view billing information.
- Can I change my comsearch.com Account information?

Yes, it's simple. From the "About Comsearch" menu at the top of every page, select "Account Information". Once you are at this page, click on the View and Update Your Account link and then enter your login name and account password. Your account information will appear allowing you to edit and type in the new information. When finished, click on the "UPDATE ACCOUNT" button and your new information will be posted. You must click on the "Change Password" button if you are changing your password.
