Comsearch Forming a Relationship With SCIENTECH, Inc., To Deliver a Full Wireless Service Solution
Project Teams to Provide Technical Expertise For WaveRider LMS Customers

RESTON, VA - Comsearch announced today that it is forming a relationship with SCIENTECH of Downers Grove, IL, a leading international wireless technology services company, and with WaveRider Communications Inc., a Toronto based global provider of wireless Internet access products, to provide engineering and installation services to WaveRider's LMS (Last Mile Solution®) customers.

Comsearch and SCIENTECH will work together in a dual support effort to engineer, install and deploy WaveRider's LMS wireless Internet access systems on a global basis. Both companies are forming project teams comprised of wireless experts who will provide the regional and technical knowledge and expertise required for each WaveRider LMS installation.

The experienced teams from Comsearch and SCIENTECH will provide system and program planning and management, application engineering, RF path survey, design and network engineering, operation, installation and
maintenance services to WaveRider's LMS customers around the world. WaveRider's LMS products are the world's
first fully networked, license-exempt wireless systems, bringing broadband Internet access to large, medium and small office/home office (SOHO) business, utilizing secure and interference-free spread-spectrum radio technology in the license-free 2.4GHz ISM band. The overall project management for each installation, including presales engineering work and maintenance of direct contractual and service level agreements for all design and installation services of LMS products will be handled by WaveRider.
